摘要
中外合作办学是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,中外合作办学提质增效依赖于中外合作办学高校二级院党组织和基层党支部政治效能的充分发挥。中外合作办学高校党支部建设研究有利于拓展和丰富中外合作办学高校学生党支部建设理论研究体系,有利于提升中外合作办学高校大学生增强党性修养,提升文化自信,树立坚定的理想信念,有利于探索创新国际化学生党建育人模式。积极探索构建中外合作办学高校党支部建设的"12345"模式,并提出围绕加强党员理论学习教育、规范党员管理、挖掘榜样力量、培养感恩反哺情怀、落实制度建设等重要路径。
The Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run college plays an important role in China’s higher education.The improvement of cooperatively-run college depends on the full play of the political effectiveness of second-level party organizations and basic-level party branches.The research on the construction of party branches in Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run colleges is conducive to expanding and enriching the theoretical research system,improving and strengthening college students’party spirit in order to promote cultural self-confidence and establish strong beliefs,and exploring the innovative and international education modes for college students’party construction.This paper actively explores the modes of constructing party branches of Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run colleges and proposes the corresponding important ways of improvement of theoretical education,standard party members’management,studying the force of example,cultivating the feelings of gratitude and regurgitation-feeding,and putting the institutional construction into practice.
