摘要
以甘蔗渣、膨润土为原料,丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KSP)为引发剂,采用微波加热和水溶液聚合法,合成甘蔗渣/膨润土复合高吸水性树脂。考察了单因素影响,并在此基础上进行了正交试验,确定了最佳合成条件为:膨润土用量为6%,引发剂用量为1%,交联剂用量为0.02%,AM/AA=0.4,中和度为60%,辐射功率为390W,辐射时间为3min。此时,吸水倍率为442.6g/g,吸盐水倍率为101.9g/g。测定树脂的保水性能及重复使用性能,结果表明:常温情况下,树脂放置12d,水分基本释放完;重复吸水测定结果显示,产品第5次使用时,吸水倍率为283.8g/g,为第1次吸水倍率的64.1%,说明产品具有较好的保水性与重复使用性。吸水动力学研究结果表明:吸水倍率与时间的方根呈线性关系。
With acrylic acid and acrylamide as monomers,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate(KSP)as initiator,The bagasse/bentonite composite super-absorbent resin was synthesized by microwave heating.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:bentonite dosage was 6%,initiator dosage was 1%,crosslinking agent dosage was 0.02%,AM/AA=0.4,neutralization degree was 60%,radiation power was 390 W,radiation time was 3 min.At this time,the water absorption rate was 442.6 g/g,and the salt uptake rate was 101.9 g/g.The water retention and reusability of the resin were determined.The results showed that the water content of the resin was basically released after 12 dat room temperature.The repeated water absorption test showed that the water absorption rate was 283.8 g/g,64.1%of the first water absorption rate when the product was used for the fifth time.Which indicated that the product had better water retention and repetition.The study of water absorption kinetics showed that the water absorbency had a linear relationship with the root of time.
