摘要
利用中国社会状况综合调查(CSS)2019年的数据,运用OLS模型分析养老保险对相对贫困居民养老保障获得感的影响,并用KHB方法检验了社会公平感知的中介效应。研究发现:第一,参加养老保险对相对贫困居民的养老保障获得感有显著的正向影响。第二,参加养老保险对相对贫困居民养老保障获得感的影响存在群体差异。第三,社会公平感知的中介效应得到证实。基于此,首先要提高养老保险参保率,不断扩大覆盖面。其次,要不断提高相对贫困居民的社会公平感知。最后,要营造有利于提升相对贫困居民养老保障获得感的环境。
Based on the data of the Comprehensive Survey of Chinese Social Conditions(CSS)in 2019,OLS model was used to analyze the impact of endowment insurance on the sense of fulfillment for pension of relatively poor citizens,and KHB methods were used to test the mediating effect of social equity perception.The findings are:First,participating in endowment insurance scheme has a significant positive effect on the relatively poor citizens’sense of fulfillment for pension.Second,there are group differences in the effect of participating in endowment insurance.Third,the mediating effect of social equity perception is confirmed.Based on these findings,firstly,the pension insurance participation rate should be raised and the coverage should be continuously expanded.Secondly,social equity perceptions of relatively poor citizens should be continuously improved.Finally,it is necessary to create an environment that is conducive to enhancing relatively poor residents’sense of fulfillment for pension.
