摘要
随着“双一流”“新文科”“新商科”等概念的提出,我国高等教育的发展进入一个新的时代。在新的发展形势下,我国地方高校人才培养目标和培养范式受到根本性挑战。为培养适合新时代发展的工商管理专业人才,在建构主义理论和以人为本的教育思想的基础上,立足湖南工学院和湖南交通工程学院两校实际,结合工商管理“双一流”省级特色应用学科建设,以产学研协同教育模式、工商融合实现工商管理专业技能型人才培养模式的战略转型,构建了新形势下工商管理专业“工商融合,文理兼容”人才培养新模式,并从地方高校工商管理专业“工商融合,文理兼容”人才培养模式的内涵、主要特色及其社会效应三个方面进行了具体阐释,认为两所高校所创新的工商管理专业“工商融合,文理兼容”人才培养模式对于地方工科院校工商管理专业学生实践技能的培养极具示范价值和应用推广价值。
With the proposed concepts of"double first-class","new liberal arts"and"new business",the development of higher education in China has entered a new era.Under the new development situation,the goal and paradigm of talent training in local colleges and universities are challenged fundamentally.In order to cultivate business administration professionals suitable for the development of the new era,based on the constructivism theory and people-oriented education thought,based on the reality of Hunan Institute of Technology and Hunan Institute of Communications Engineering,combined with the construction of"double First-class"provincial characteristic applied discipline of business administration,The strategic transformation of the training mode of skilled talents of business administration specialty is realized by the mode of industry-university-research cooperation and the integration of industry and commerce,and a new talent training mode of"integration of industry and commerce,compatibility of arts and sciences"for business administration specialty under the new situation is constructed.Compatible liberal arts"the connotation of the personnel training mode,main features and its social effect three aspects has carried on the concrete explanation,thought innovation by the two universities"compatible integration of industry and commerce,liberal arts"in business and administration personnel training mode for the local engineering colleges and universities for the cultivation of the students’practical skills in business and administration extremely demonstration and application promotion value.
