摘要
劳动教育是新时代党对教育的新要求,是高校“五育并举”教育体系的重要组成部分。研究发现,地方高校已经意识到劳动教育的重要作用,开展的“融合性”劳动更受大学生认可,但地方高校劳动教育中与新型劳动相关的内容缺乏;地方高校劳动教育形式有待创新,课程体系尚不完备,评价体系有待完善。因此,建议地方高校在开展劳动教育中,以新时代对劳动者素质要求为目标设置课程,增加新型劳动的教育内容,在教育形式上,加强与专业实践、社会实践、创新劳动等形式融合,在教育评价方面构建家校社会“三位一体”的评价格局。
Labor education is the new requirement of the party for education in the new era,and is an important part of the education system of“Five Education”.The research finds that local colleges and universities have realized the important role of labor education,and the“integrated”labor carried out is more recognized by college students,but the labor education in local colleges and universities is lack of content related to new labor;There are three problems in the labor education of local colleges and Universities:the educational form needs to be innovated,the curriculum system is not complete,and the evaluation system needs to be improved.Therefore,it is suggested that local colleges and universities should set up courses with the objective of the quality requirements of workers in the new era,increase the educational content of new-type labor,strengthen the integration with professional practice,social practice,innovative labor and other forms in the form of education,and build a“Trinity”evaluation pattern of home,school and society in the aspect of education evaluation.
