摘要
劳动教育是我国特色社会主义教育体制改革的重要内容之一,是实现全面发展的人的重要途径。随着时代不断发展以及国情变化,我国对公民的个人劳动素养也提出了新的要求。因此,大中小学要把握劳动教育的新特点,构建劳动教育多样化路径。文章基于国情梳理了我国劳动教育的发展历程,分析了劳动教育的现状和误区,总结了家庭、学校、社会在劳动教育中的重要作用以及实施路径,并结合我国劳动教育有关政策,提出构建家校社三位一体劳动教育协同机制的有效途径。
Labor education is an important connotation of the socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics and a vital approach to achieve all-round development.With the unceasing development of times and the change of national conditions,new requirements are put forward for the citizen’s individual labor quality.Therefore,universities,middle schools and primary schools should grasp the new characteristics of labor education and build diversified paths of labor education.Based on China’s national conditions,this paper analyzes the current situation and misunderstandings of China’s labor education,summarizes the role of family,school and community in labor education and the implementation path with the relevant policies of China’s labor education,then puts forward the effective way to construct the trinity of family,school and community labor education coordination mechanism.
