摘要
朋辈心理辅导是高职院校心理辅导工作的创新路径,其所具有的独特优势能够有效缓解高职院校心理健康教育专任教师不足这一短板。深刻剖析当前高职院校心理委员队伍建设过程中存在的诸多问题,积极探索朋辈心理辅导模式下高职院校心理委员队伍建设的实践路径,能够有效提升高职院校心理健康教育工作的整体水平。
Peer psychological counseling is an innovative path of psychological counseling in higher vocational colleges.With unique advantages,it can effectively alleviate the shortage of mental health education teachers in higher vocational colleges.By exploring the problems existing in the current construction of psychological committee team of higher vocational colleges and corresponding practical paths under peer psychological counseling model,we can effectively improve the overall level of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
