来华留学生跨文化教育中的问题及其对策 被引量:32

Problems and Countermeasures of Intercultural Education for International Students in China

摘要 跨文化教育不仅能帮助来华留学生更好地适应留学生活,还能增强其跨文化理解与交际能力,从而培养更多知华友华人士。目前我国的留学生跨文化教育体系存在跨文化整体设计与具体实践指导缺失、更多关注文化而不是跨文化、留学生管理的跨文化意识不足等问题。发展来华留学生的跨文化教育应围绕知识、能力、态度和价值三个教育目标,在总体愿景与宏观设计中体现跨文化教育理念与意识,着力开发跨文化教育课程与项目,采取多元化的跨文化教育教学方法,开展有针对性的教师培训,同时发展学校与社区互动的跨文化教育方式。 Intercultural education can not only help international students to better adapt to their life in China,but also enhance their intercultural understanding and communication ability,so as to cultivate more"knowing China,friendly to China"students.However,there are some problems in current intercultural education for international students in China,such as the lack of overall design and specific practice guidance,more attention to culture rather than intercultural,and the lack of intercultural awareness in international students management.To develop intercultural education for international students in China,we should focus on the three goals of knowledge,ability,attitude and value,embody the concept and consciousness of intercultural education in overall vision and macro design,develop intercultural education curriculum and projects,adopt diversified teaching methods,carry out targeted teacher training,and explore particular education way to promote schools and communities interaction.
