摘要
中国文化类课程作为中国文化的传播载体,能极大提高留学生跨文化交际能力。笔者对广州地区五所高校中国文化类课程设置情况进行了调研,并采用问卷的方式对五所高校231名留学生进行了课程现状以及课程需求的调查,根据调查结果对五所高校中国文化类课程的改善提出了相应的建议:知识类文化课程应增加"饮食""工作""社会""思想观念"等相关话题,删减"文学""哲学"等相关话题,并且增加出外实践和师生互动的时间。中华才艺类文化课程应将多项短期体验式技能合并成一门课程,并据此编写教材。增加地域文化类课程。调查结果能对高校中国文化课程的设置提供参考和借鉴。
As a carrier of Chinese culture,Chinese Culture courses can greatly improve cross-cultural ability of the international students.We did a survey to five universities in Guangzhou and sent out 231 questionnaires to the international students to find out their demands for the course.Based on the results,we gave advise on how to improve the Chinese Culture courses of the five universities,which can also provide a reference for Chinese Culture courses of other universities.For knowledge culture courses,we should add more topics such as"diet","work","society"and"ideology",cut down topics such as"literature"and"philosophy",and increase the time for outside practice and interactions between teachers and students.For practical skill courses,we can mix a number of short-term experience skills into one course,and compile teaching materials accordingly.We should also add more regional culture courses.
