摘要
太湖流域某Orbal氧化沟工艺污水处理厂出水无法满足新排放标准,采用表曝改底曝、设置独立好氧/缺氧区的改造方案,活性污泥的硝化速率和反硝化潜力分别提高了116%和63.3%,强化了活性污泥中硝化、反硝化菌等功能菌群的增殖,提高了生物脱氮性能。生化系统NH_(3)-N、TN的去除量分别增加了8.51,10.34 mg/L,有效确保出水的达标排放。相比Orbal氧化沟交替式好氧/缺氧环境,改造后好氧/缺氧功能分区明显的运行方式有利于强化硝化、反硝化反应。为具有相似需求的污水处理厂提供了新思路。
The effluent from an Orbal oxidation ditch process wastewater treatment plant in the Taihu Lake basin cannot meet the new discharge standard.So the reconstruction of changing surface aeration to bottom aeration and setting up an independent aerobic/anoxic zone was performed.After reconstruction,the nitrification rate and denitrification potential of activated sludge increased by 116%and 63.3%respectively,and the proliferation of nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria in activated sludge were strengthened,which improved the biological nitrogen removal performance.The removal amount of NH_(3)-N and TN in the biochemical system increased by 8.51 mg/L and 10.34 mg/L respectively,effectively ensuring the discharge of effluent.Compared with the alternative aerobic/anoxic environment of Orbal oxidation ditch,the obvious operation mode of aerobic/anoxic functional zones after reconstruction was conducive to strengthening nitrification and denitrification.This project provides a new path for wastewater treatment plants with the similar demand.
