摘要
针对我国加快推进智慧污水处理厂的建设和提高污水运行管理水平的迫切需求,设计了故障诊断及过程控制系统,该系统具有在处理线实时监测、水质故障诊断和设备过程智能控制等功能。详细介绍了故障诊断及过程控制系统设计框架,内容包括四部分:感知和网络平台、数据库平台、故障排查程序模块、智慧运行操作模块等,这几部分组成污水处理厂的故障诊断及过程控制系统。根据案例分析证明,该系统不仅保证各项指标出水达标率,而且还有效地降低了电耗和药耗,为提高污水处理厂运行管理效率和稳定达到出水标准提供有力的技术支撑。
In response to the urgent need to accelerate the construction of intelligent sewage plants and improve the level of sewage operation and management in China,a fault diagnosis and process control system is designed,which has the functions of online real-time monitoring,water quality fault diagnosis and intelligent control of equipment processes.This paper details the design framework of the fault diagnosis and process control system,including four parts.Sensing and network platform,database platform,fault diagnosis program module,and intelligent operation module.These parts constitute the fault diagnosis and process control system for wastewater treatment.The case study proves that the system can effectively reduce electricity consumption and drug consumption on the basis of ensuring that the water output rate of each index meets the standard,and the utility model provides strong technical support for improving the operation and management efficiency of wastewater treatment and achieving the standard stably.
