摘要
为了积极应对"新高考"带来的各项教育变革,在高考改革方案正式实施前,北京市第一中学就提前开展了大量调研工作,尤其是对如何促进学生个性化发展、提高学生自主选择的能力等方面进行了多次调研,开展生涯教育,这对学生进行选考科目的选择起到了重要作用。同时,如何在"新高考"下科学地进行教师和学生的各项评价工作,也是重点研究的课题,北京市第一中学在面对多种不确定性中找到了适合该校实际的最优解,使得各项工作平稳过渡到了"新高考"。
Even before the formal implementation of gaokao reform,Beijing No.1 High School,in order to prepare in advance for the upcoming changes resulted from the reform,has carried out lots of research on how to improve students’self-growth,how to help students select proper classes,and improve students’ability to do career plan as well,etc..On the other hand,the studies by Beijing No.1 High School also attach importance to the work of evaluating both teachers and students.By means of the above-mentioned efforts,Beijing No.1 High School has found out some effective solutions to relative issues,thus responded to the new gaokao reform actively and positively.
