工作场所空气中丁醛和异丁醛的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法

Determination of butyraldehyde and isobutylaldehyde in workplace air by dissolved desorption-gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立工作场所中空气中丁醛和异丁醛的气相色谱测定法。方法以硅胶管采集工作场所空气中的丁醛和异丁醛,用甲醇解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离,以氢离子化检测器测定丁醛和异丁醛的质量浓度。结果丁醛的检出限为0.38mg/L,异丁醛的检出限为0.41mg/L。丁醛的线性范围为1.28~640.00 mg/L,回归方程为y=2.788x+4.053(r=0.99996),最低检出浓度为0.25 mg/m^3(空气体积以1.5 L计算),解吸效率为98.40%~100.81%,批内精密度为0.78%~2.13%,批间精密度为1.04%~2.44%;异丁醛的线性范围为1.27~635.20 mg/L,回归方程为y=2.551x-0.082,r=0.99993,最低检出浓度为0.27mg/m^3(空气体积以1.5 L计算),解吸效率为98.72%~101.42%,批内精密度为0.86%~2.45%,批间精密度为1.19%~2.15%。样品在室温下至少可以保存10 d。结论该方法精密度好,灵敏度高,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中丁醛和异丁醛的同时测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of butylaldehyde and isobutylaldehyde in the air of workplace by gas chromatography.Methods Butylaldehyde and isobutylaldehyde in the air of workplace were collected by silica gel,eluted with methanol,separated and determined by gas chromatogram with flame ionization detector.Results The limit of detection for butylaldehyde and isobutylaldehyde were 0.38 mg/L and 0.41 mg/L respectively.The linear range of butylaldehyde determined by this method was 1.28-640.00 mg/L,y=2.788 x+4.053,and the coefficient of correlation was 0.99996,and the minimum detection concentration was 0.25 mg/m^3(collected sample volume:1.5 L).The desorption rates were 98.40%-100.81%,the within-run precisions were 0.78%-2.13%,and the between-run precisions were 1.04%-2.44%.The linear range of isobutylaldehyde determined by this method was 1.27-635.20 mg/L,y=2.551 x-0.082,and the coefficient of correlation was0.99993,and the minimum detection concentration was 0.27 mg/m^3(collected sample volume:1.5 L).The desorption rates were 98.72%-101.42%,the within-run precisions were 0.86%-2.45%,and the between-run precisions were 1.19%-2.15%.The sealed samples could be kept at least 10 days at room temperature without significant loss.Conclusion This method is accurate,high sensitive and presents easy operation,so it is applicable to simultaneous determination of butylaldehyde and isobutylaldehyde in the air of workplace.
