摘要
根据多年的变压器油中溶解气体色谱分析的工作经验,本文详细论述了色谱分析现场工作中出现系统误差大、分析重复性差的原因。为避免人工操作带入的分析误差,笔者研制了一种绝缘油色谱自动分析装置,利用自动脱气、自动阀进样、虚拟仪器设计等技术,实现了整个分析过程的自动化。通过试验验证,该装置满足《绝缘油中溶解气体组分含量的气相色谱测定法》(GB/T 17623—2017)中对绝缘油中溶解气体的检测限、再现性及回收率的要求,与传统实验室色谱分析流程相比,检测结果重复性提高了20%左右,保障了色谱分析结果的可靠性。
Based on many years of work experience in chromatographic analysis of dissolved gases in transformer oil,this article discusses in detail the reasons for the large systematic errors and poor repeatability of analysis in the field work of chromatographic analysis.In order to avoid the analysis error brought by manual operation,the author has developed an insulating oil chromatography automatic analysis device,which uses automatic degassing,automatic valve sampling,virtual instrument design and other technologies to realize the automation of the entire analysis process.Through testing and verification,the device meets the requirements for the detection limit,reproducibility and recovery rate of dissolved gas in insulating oil in"Gas Chromatographic Determination of the Content of Dissolved Gas Components in Insulating Oil"(GB/T 17623—2017),compared with the traditional laboratory chromatographic analysis process,the repeatability of the test results is increased by about 20%,ensuring the reliability of the chromatographic analysis results.
