摘要
系统性回顾分析17例全身型幼年特发性关节炎并发巨噬细胞活化综合征患儿的临床特点,总结护理经验。护理要点:针对性地加强巡视,先于实验室诊断报告确诊前识别疾病进展的特异性临床表现,协助医生预见性判断并采取紧急治疗措施;做好重症患儿急救护理挽救患儿生命;血浆置换清除细胞因子、炎症介质、血浆内毒素;做好用药护理及时处理不良反应。本组病例全部好转出院,目前门诊随访病情稳定。
To systematically and retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of 17 cases with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis complicated macrophage activation syndrome and summarize the nursing experience.Nursing key points:to strengthen the observation and early recognize the specific clinical symptoms of the disease progress before the laboratory diagnosis report,to assist the doctor for predictive judgments and take emergency treatment measures;to provide the emergency care for critical children to save their lives;plasma exchange to remove cytokines,inflammatory mediators and plasma endotoxins;medication care and timely treatment of adverse reactions.All patients in this group got better and were discharged from hospital,they were stable during the follow up in the outpatient department.
