《睡虎地秦墓竹简·法律答问》简145“任者”应是指保举人,而不是被保举人。《岳麓书院藏秦简(肆)》简2087“已狱”之“狱”应为动词,与《法律答问》简107“未狱”之“狱”意思相同,是为审理。《岳麓书院藏秦简(肆)》简0531“出之”或应理解为槥椟出死所,而不是出葬。《岳麓书院藏秦简(伍)》简1790“送书”之意与“槥书”不尽相同,或应与“送檄”性质类似。《里耶秦简(壹)》简8-136+8-144中的“遣言”应理解为人在所遣送情况的记录。《岳麓书院藏秦简(肆)》简0529中的“出者”不是指“自出者”,而应是出钱、财、酒、肉者。
“Renzhe”on Bamboo Slip 145 of Bamboo Slips from Qin Tombs at Shuihudi:Answers to Questions Concerning Qin Statutes should refer to the recommender instead of the recommended person.“Yu”of“Yiyu”on Bamboo Slips 2087 in Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of the Yuelu Academy,Vol.4 should be a verb,which is similar to the“Yu”of“Weiyu”on Bamboo Slip 107 of Answers to Questions Concerning Qin Statutes,with the meaning that the case is under trial.“Chuzhi”on Bamboo Slip 0531 of Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of the Yuelu Academy,Vol.4 should be understood as leaving the death row rather than leaving the place where the person has died.“Songshu”on Bamboo Slip 1790 of Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of the Yuelu Academy,Vol.5 is not exactly the same as“huishu”and should be similar to“songxi”.“Qianyan”on Bamboo Slips 8-136 and 8-144 of Liye Qin Bamboo Slips Vol.1 refers to the record of a person’s dispatch.“Chuzhe”on Bamboo Slip 0529 of Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of the Yuelu Academy,Vol.4 is not the surrender,but a person who pays for the wine and meat.
