摘要
新疆作为我国政府打造的丝绸之路经济带核心区地位凸显,以新疆混合所有制企业为研究对象,引入社会网络分析方法,分别构建其股份合作网络与专利合作网络,并从网络结构特征、网络成员特征两个层面,针对双重网络进行可视化比较分析。研究发现,专利合作单位数量明显少于股份合作单位数量,样本企业对于专利合作与股份合作的重视程度存在差异性,样本企业的专利合作进度远远低于股份合作进程,样本企业的专利合作与股份合作之间的联动性较差,部分样本企业受制于专利信息不对称。建议新疆混合所有制改革根据企业自身优势,针对不同的双重网络融合问题,建立产学研合作平台,挖掘企业之间技术与资源的合作契机,发展具有现实意义的混合所有制企业。
As the core area of the silk road economic belt established by the government,Xinjiang’s mixed ownership enterprises are the research object of this paper.Using the social network analysis methods,the paper respectively constructs stock cooperation network and patent cooperation network of the mixed ownership enterprises in Xinjiang.From the two aspects of network structure characteristics and network member characteristics,the paper makes the comparative visualization analysis of the double networks.The research results show that the number of patent cooperation units is significantly less than the number of share cooperation units,there is the difference in terms of attention to patent cooperation and share cooperation in sample enterprises,the progress of patent integration is far lower than that of share cooperation,the linkage between patent cooperation and share cooperation is poor,and some sample enterprises are subject to patent information asymmetry.Then,aiming at different double network convergence problems,the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,it is suggested that the reform of mixed ownership in Xinjiang should be based on the advantages of enterprises,establish the cooperation platform of industry university research,tap the cooperation opportunities of technology and resources between enterprises,and develop the enterprises of mixed ownership with practical significance.
