摘要
目的了解某炭素公司存在的职业病危害因素种类及浓度、工人职业病危害防护设施及接触水平,评价职业病危害现状。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工作场所职业危害因素检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合职业健康监护材料等进行综合分析与评价。结果该公司的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病危害防护设施等基本符合职业卫生的要求,工作场所部分岗位炭黑粉尘浓度超过国家限值标准,余检测结果合格。结论公司生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素符合国家职业卫生标准限值的要求,职业病防护设施有效,职业卫生管理制度得到落实。
objective To investigate the type and concentration of occupational disease hazards,the protection facilities and the exposure level of workers,and evaluate the current situation of occupational disease hazards existing in a carbon company.Methods Data were collected by occupational investigation,workplace occupational hazard factor detection,and combining with occupational health monitoring materials for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results The company’s overall layout,production equipment layout and occupational disease hazard protection facilities were basically in line with the requirements of the occupational health.Field test results showed that the concentration of carbon black dust in some jobs in the workplace exceeded the National limit standards,and the remaining test results were qualified.Conclusions The occupational disease hazards in the production process of the factory is in line with the requirements of the occupational health.The occupational disease protection facilities are effective,and the occupational health management system is implemented.
