摘要
目的了解石油管道双层熔结环氧粉末涂层(DPS)制备过程中产生的职业病危害因素分布及接触水平,确定该行业生产过程中的职业病危害关键控制点。方法2019年9月17日—11月4日,依据国家职业卫生采样分析标准规范,采用职业卫生现场调查法、系统工程分析法和职业卫生检测法等综合分析方法,对甘肃省长庆油田分公司采油技术服务处某石油管道DPS制备厂进行了现场调查与检测。结果该石油管道DPS制备过程中存在的职业病危害因素包括其他粉尘(金属粉尘、熔结环氧树脂粉尘)、二异氰酸酯甲苯酯、乙醚、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及噪声。现场检测及测量结果表明,正常生产过程中各工种接触其他粉尘(熔结环氧树脂粉尘)浓度为0.50~3.70 mg/m3,其他粉尘(金属粉尘)浓度为0.40 mg/m3,合格率均为100%;接触二异氰酸甲苯酯浓度为0.01~0.02 mg/m3,接触乙醚浓度为0.30~1.10 mg/m3,接触苯浓度<0.02 mg/m3,接触甲苯浓度<0.01 mg/m3,接触二甲苯浓度<0.10 mg/m3,合格率均为100%;接触噪声8 h等效声级强度为73.8~87.6 dB(A),合格率为55%。结论该石油管道DPS制备过程的关键控制点为工作场所高噪声控制、防腐涂层及漆料稀释剂配制、喷砂加料及清理过程。生产企业应优化高噪声、高毒及粉尘作业场所的防护措施,做好个人防护用品的使用及管理,定期开展员工职业健康检查。
Objective To understand the distribution and the exposure levels of occupational hazards in preparation process of Double layer fusion bonded epoxy powder coating(DPS)for oil pipeline,determine the critical control points of occupational hazards in manufacturing processes of this industry.Methods According to the national standard for occupational health sampling and analysis,the field investigation and inspection of an oil pipeline DPS preparation plant of oil production technical service department of Changqing Oilfield Branch Company in Gansu Province was carried out by using comprehensive analysis methods such as occupational health field investigation method,system engineering analysis method and occupational health detection method from September 17 to November 4,2019.Results The occupational hazard factors in the oil pipeline DPS preparation process included other dust(metal dust,fusion bonded epoxy resin dust),toluene diisocyanate,ether,benzene,toluene,xylene and noise.The results of field test and measurement showed that the concentration of other dust(fusion bonded epoxy resin dust)exposed to various types of work in the normal production process was 0.50-3.70 mg/m^3,while the concentration of other dust(metal dust)was 0.4 mg/m^3,and the qualified rates were 100%.The exposure concentration of toluene diisocyanate,ether,benzene,toluene,xylene was 0.01-0.02,0.30-1.10,<0.02,<0.01 and<0.10 mg/m^3,respectively,and the qualified rates were 100%.The 8 h equivalent sound level intensity of noise was 73.8-87.6 dB(A),and the qualified rate was 55%.Conclusion The critical control points in the oil pipeline DPS preparation process are high noise control in workplace,preparation of anticorrosive coating and paint thinner,sand blasting charging and cleaning process.The enterprises should optimize the protective measures for the high noise,high toxicity and dust workplaces,improve use and management of personal protective equipment,and regularly carry out occupational health examination for employees.
