摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产后60例孕妇产后采用复旧汤联合生化汤加减的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年3月~2019年3月本院收治的135例剖宫产产妇,根据随机数字法将其分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=75),对照组给予单纯生化汤加减治疗,观察组给予复旧汤联合生化汤加减治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症候疗效、产后相关情况以及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率90.00%、中医症候有效率91.67%均明显高于对照组76.00%、77.33%。观察组患者治疗后子宫底高度显著低于对照组,7天后子宫大小明显低于对照组。两组治疗前全血黏度低切、中切、高切以及血浆粘度比较无较大差异。治疗后观察组患者全血黏度低切、中切、高切以及血浆粘度明显高于对照组。结论:剖宫产后孕妇采用复旧汤联合生化汤加减取得显著的治疗效果,改变剖宫产术后血液黏连状态,且改善产妇血液流变学指标,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the cesarean section in 60 cases of pregnant women with postpartum involution decoction combined with biochemical Decoction Treatment.Methods 135 cases of cesarean section were selected from March 2016 to March 2019 in our hospital,According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=75),The control group was treated with simple Shenghua decoction,while the observation group was treated with Fujiu decoction combined with Shenghua decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,postpartum related conditions and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 91.67%,which were significantly higher than 76.00% and 77.33% in the control group..After treatment,the height of uterine fundus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the uterine size was significantly lower than that in the control group after 7 days.There was no significant difference in whole blood viscosity low shear,middle shear,high shear and plasma viscosity between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions Pregnant women with cesarean involution decoction combined with biochemical decoction has significant therapeutic effect,changes of blood adhesion status after cesarean section,and improve the maternal blood rheology index,it is worthy of clinical use.
