摘要
目的:研究并调查二孩政策开放后二次剖宫产分娩意愿及二次分娩与一次分娩的剖产率.方法:选取2018年6月~2020年2月在安徽省阜阳市人民医院进行分娩的300例产妇为研究对象,分析二孩政策开放后二次剖宫产分娩意愿及二次分娩与一次分娩的剖产率.结果:二孩政策前,顺产产妇为270例,剖宫产产妇为30例;二孩政策后,顺产产妇为240例,剖宫产产妇为60例,其中初产妇为100例,经产妇为200例.对二孩政策开放前后孕妇心理压力、高危妊娠、羊水偏少、瘢痕子宫、难产、产后出血、胎位异常、妊娠并发症、胎儿早产、胎死宫内的情况变化进行分析.二孩政策开放后在60例二胎孕妇中二次分娩行刨宫产率(60.00%)高于一次分娩行剖宫产率(40.00%).使用Logistic回归分析对二胎政策开放前后剖宫产发生率的影响因素进行分析.结论:二孩政策开放后二次剖宫产分娩意愿以及二次分娩与一次分娩的剖产率均有所提升.
Objective To investigate the willingness to deliver by second cesarean section and the section rate of second delivery and first delivery after the opening of the two-child policy.Methods A total of 300 parturients who delivered in Fuyang People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects to analyze the willingness to deliver by second cesarean section and the section rate of second delivery and first delivery after the opening of the two-child policy.Results Before the child policy,there were 270 cases of vaginal delivery and 30 cases of cesarean deliv-ery.After the two-child policy,there were 240 cases of vaginal delivery and 60 cases of cesarean delivery,including 100 cases of primiparas and 200 cases of multiparas.The changes of psychological stress,high-risk pregnancy,oligohydramnios,scar uterus,dystocia,postpartum hemorrhage,abnormal fetal position,pregnancy complications,premature delivery and fetal death in utero before and after the opening of the two-child policy were analyzed.After the opening of the two-child policy,the rate of caesarean section for the second delivery(60.00%)was higher than that for the first delivery(40.00%)in 60 second-child preg-nant women.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the incidence of cesarean section before and after the opening of the two-child policy.Conclusion According to this study,the intention of second cesarean section and the rate of second delivery and first delivery after the opening of the two-child policy have increased.
