摘要
目的:观察运用阴阳、六经辨证理论治疗高龄女性卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)不孕的临床疗效。方法:将60例高龄女性DOR不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组运用阴阳、六经辨证理论为指导,分期用药;对照组采用来曲唑治疗;疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗后的受孕情况和卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、FSH/LH变化情况。结果:治疗后治疗组受孕11例、受孕率为36.67%(11/30),对照组受孕4例、受孕率为13.33%(4/30),2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FSH水平以及FSH/LH值均较治疗前下降,LH水平较治疗前上升,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用阴阳、六经辨证理论指导进行分期用药,能够下调高龄女性DOR不孕患者的FSH以及FSH/LH比值,并诱发比较优势的卵泡发育、成熟、排卵,成功受孕。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of stage therapy guided by the theories of Ying-Yang and six-meridian syndrome differentiation in the treatment of elderly women with infertility due to diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:A total of 60 elderly women with DOR infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given stage therapy guided by the theories of Ying-Yang and six-meridian syndrome differentiation,and those in the control group were given letrozole.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of pregnancy and changes in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and FSH/LH ratio after treatment.Results:There was a significant difference in pregnancy rate after treatment between the treatment group and the control group[36.67%(11/30)vs13.33%(4/30),P<0.05].Both groups had significant reductions in FSH level and FSH/LH ratio and a significant increase in LH level after treatment,and the treatment group had significantly better changes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly women with DOR infertility,stage therapy guided by the theories of Ying-Yang and six-meridian syndrome differentiation can downregulate FSH level and FSH/LH ratio,induce the development,maturation,and ovulation of dominant follicles,and thus help to achieve successful pregnancy.
