摘要
社会主义基本经济制度是改革开放以来我国取得伟大成就的制度基础,是事关社会主义兴衰、执政成败、人民利益的“国之大者”。坚持和贯彻社会主义基本经济制度,要坚持三个“正确把握”、提高三个“警惕”:正确把握坚持公有制主体地位、多种所有制经济共同发展的辩证关系,警惕和防止新自由主义私有化主张;正确把握坚持按劳分配主体地位与按生产要素分配的辩证关系,警惕和防止把按劳分配虚化污名化;正确把握“有效市场”与“有为政府”的辩证关系,警惕和防止神化市场弱化政府倾向。
The basic socialist economic system,as the institutional foundation of China’s great achievements since the reform and opening-up,is related to the rise and fall of socialism,the success or failure of the ruling party,and the interests of the people and is referred to“the top priorities of the country”.In adhering to and implementing the socialist basic economic system,it is necessary to adhere to three“correct grasps”and raise three“alerts”:correctly grasp the dialectical relationship between adherence to the status of public ownership as the mainstay of the country and the common development of multiple ownership,and be alert to and prevent the neo-liberal privatization advocates;correct grasp the main position of adherence to the distribution of labor and the distribution of factors of production dialectical relationship,vigilance and prevent the distribution of labor according to the virtual stigmatization;correct grasp of the“effective market”and“active government”dialectical relationship,vigilance and prevent the deification of the market weak government tendency.
