摘要
为了解国内外绿色人力资源管理的研究进展及研究趋势,以Web of Science和CNKI为搜索引擎,借助CiteSpace可视化分析软件绘制发文机构共现、关键词共现、关键词聚类和关键词时区图谱来揭示研究进展。研究发现,国外发文数量2017年开始呈指数级增长,国内发文量较少,总体呈波动上升趋势;国外研究力量相对集中,国内呈小部分集中、大部分相对分散的态势;国外学者聚焦于影响机制和作用机制研究,侧重于运用实证研究探索前置因素和结果效应,国内研究更关注概念形成、内涵特征和实践路径;国外研究内容可分为概念辨析和维度划分、前置因素、结果效应三个重点,国内研究进展可以分为早期、中期和近期三个阶段。
In order to understand the research progress and trends of green human resource management at home and abroad,Web of Science and CNKI were used as search engines,and CiteSpace visualization analysis software was used to draw co-occurrence of publishing institutions,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,and keyword time zone maps to reveal the research progress in this field.Research has found that the number of foreign publications has been inereasing exponentially since 2017,while the number of domestic publications is relatively small,showing an overall fluctuating upward trend;foreign research forces are relatively concentrated,while domestic research shows a trend of small concentration and relatively dispersed majority;foreign scholars focus on the study of influence and action mechanisms,with a focus on using empirical research to explore antecedent factors and outcome effects.Domestic research focuses more on concept formation,connotation characteristics,and practical paths;the research content in foreign countries can be divided into three key stages:conceptual analysis and dimensional division,antecedent factors,and outcome efects.The research progress in China can be divided into three stages:early,mid-term,and recent.Finally,based on the research conclusions,propose research prospects.
