摘要
随着城市经济的飞速发展和城市化进程的加快,土地成为经济社会建设发展中必不可少的重要资源。但在日常土地储备管理方面,土地收储管理部门仍然采用纸质档案管理的方式,存在业务信息缺失、冗杂、不规范等现象,查询项目信息效率低,不易实时监测和更新地块和资金情况。以南平市武夷新区为例,运用地理信息系统(GIS)和计算机技术,阐述土地收储管理系统及核心数据库建设思路、技术路线、设计与实施,完成系统研发与应用,促进土地收储工作的科学化、精细化管理,提高土地收储管理水平。
With rapid development of the urban economy and the acceleration of urbanization,land has become an indispensable resource.However in daily work,the land collection and storage management department still uses paper archives,which might result in lack of business information,redundancy,and irregularity.The query of project information is inefficient,and it is hard to monitor and update land and fund information in real time.This study takes Wuyi New District of Nanping City as an example,using geographic information system(GIS)and computer technology to explain the technical content of the land collection and storage management system and core database construction ideas,technical routes,design and implementation,etc.,to complete the system research,development and application.This will promote the scientific and refined management of land collection and storage.
