摘要
地籍测绘是土地收储中的关键一环。详细阐述了地籍测绘在土地储备项目中的流程,明确了地籍测绘中权属调查的重要性。通过实地核查和杰思科系统室内查档有机结合,相互印证,较好地解决了地籍调查,尤其是权属调查中的一些重点、难点问题,经实践证明是非常有效的做法,可为地籍测绘工作者提供参考。
Cadastral mapping is a key part of land acquisition and storage.This article elaborates on the process of cadastral surveying and mapping in the land reserve project,clarifies the importance of ownership survey.Through the organic combination of on-the-spot inspection and the Jiesike System-based indoor file checking,some key and difficult problems in cadastral investigation,especially in the ownership investigation,have been solved.It is proved very effective and can provide reference for cadastral surveying and mapping workers.
