摘要
建立了超声雾化-ICP-OES同时检测铀矿尾渣中低含量铀和钍的检测方法。该方法通过超声雾化进样,使样品雾化效率明显提高,提升了检测的灵敏度,对尾渣中痕量钍的测定尤为有效。该方法铀、钍的检出限可达0.00023mg·L-1和0.00012mg·L-1,标准物质铀、钍检测的相对误差<8%,相对标准偏差<2%,完全满足实际工作的需要。
The method for the determination of low-content uranium and thorium in uranium ore tailings by ICP-OES with ultrasonic nebulization was studied.Nebulization effciency and determination sensitivity were significant improved with ultrasonic nebulization sampling.The method was particularly effective for determination of trace thorium in tailings.The detection limits of U and Th were 0.00023 mg·L-1 and 0.00012 mg·L-1.The RE and RSD of U and Th in reference materials were less than 8%and 2%respectively.
