摘要
通过酸性汗液萃取和湿法消解处理银系抗菌纺织品,建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)在328.068 nm和338.289 nm两种波长下测定银系抗菌纺织品中银可萃取量和银总量的方法。试验结果显示:线性相关系数均>0.999 5,银可萃取量在两种波长下的检出限分别为0.157 2 mg/kg和0.152 2 mg/kg,银总量在两种波长下的检出限分别为0.093 21 mg/kg和0.196 7 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.22%~3.90%,回收率为94.79%~103.9%。采用该方法对两种银系抗菌纺织品进行测定,银可萃取量为0.860~10.050 mg/kg,银总量为3.350~10.812 mg/kg。该方法操作简单,结果准确,可满足对银系抗菌纺织品总银元素的检测要求。
The silver-based antibacterial textiles are treated with acid sweat extraction and wet digestion respectively.Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)is established to deter-mine the extractable silver and total silver content in silver-based antibacterial textiles at two wave-lengths of 328.068 nm and 338289 nm.The test results show that the linear correlation coefficients are over 0.9995,and the detection limits of silver extractables at two wavelengths are 0.1572 mg/kg and 0.1522 mg/kg.The detection limits of total silver at two wavelengths are 0.09321 mg/kg and 0.19670 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is 1.22%-3.90%,and the recovery is 94.79%-103.9%.Two kinds of silver-based antibacterial textiles are measured.The extractable content of silver is 0.860~10.050 mg/kg,,and the total silver is 3.350~10.812 mg/kg.The method is simple in operation and accurate in results,and can meet the requirements for the detection of total silver elements in silver based antibacterial textiles.
