摘要
本文运用沃达克提出的"话语-历史"分析方法对某政府部门就政务公开发布的一系列通知进行分析,研究政府部门在发布通知文本中涉及的主题、使用的语言手段和话语策略,用以揭示更高一级政府在生产和发布通知中所具有的权威性。研究表明,较低一级政府部门在通知发布过程中并非始终处于绝对的被动和受支配的地位,其对更高一级政府部门通知的贯彻与落实也可建构更高一级政府部门的权威性。
This article uses"discourse-historical"approach in critical discourse analysis proposed by Ruth Wodak to analyze a series of public notices issued by a governmental department on government affairs,and study the themes,language devices and discourse strategies used by the government departments in the text of the notice,for revealing the authority of higher-level governments in the production and issuance of notices.Studies have shown that lower-level government departments are not always in an absolutely passive and controlled position in the process of issuing notices,whose implementation and realization of higher-level government departments’notices can also build the authority of superordinate ones.
