摘要
目的探索短期强化培训能否提高一线医师对院感防控的相关知识储备。方法回顾性分析2020年11月—2021年6月参与院感防控知识技能培训班的一线医师的一般资料,培训前后线上评测的试题题型和总体得分等相关数据,并统计分析。结果短期培训前参培医师的线上平均得分为(45.94±6.69),培训后参培医师的线上平均得分为(56.98±8.78),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。其中A1型题的培训前正确率为(50.99±34.96)%,培训后正确率为(63.99±26.60)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。X型题的培训前正确率为(39.24±32.86)%,培训后正确率为(54.21±28.99)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论短期强化培训可有效提高一线医师对院感防控的知识掌握水平,或可成为相关专业技术人员培训的范式。
Objective The study was aiming to investigate if short-term training could improve the knowledge of first-line medical doctors about prevention of hospital infection.Methods General information and online testing scores of first-line medical doctors participating the short-term training from Nov 2020 to Dec 2020 were retrospectively collected and analyzed.Results Average online testing scores of medical doctors before and after the training were(45.94±6.69)and(56.98±8.78),respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.0001).The correct answer fill rate of A1 type questions before and after training were(50.99±34.96)%and(63.99±26.60)%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.0001).And the correct answer fill rate of X type questions before and after training were(39.24±32.86)%and(54.21±28.99)%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.0001).Conclusion Short-term training improves the knowledge reserve of first-line medical doctors about prevention of hospital infection.The results indicate this kind of training could be a paradigm of training for related professionals.
