摘要
目的收集国内外不同产地的甘草进行质量分析。方法按照2015版《中国药典》中利用高效液相色谱法测量甘草中甘草酸铵和甘草苷的含量,色谱柱选择Shim-spek GISI C18色谱柱(4.0mm×250mm,3μm);流动相选择乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:237nm;流速:0.5mL/min;柱温25℃。结果7批进口甘草中甘草苷的含量均不合格,但甘草酸铵的含量较高;7批国产甘草中甘草苷的含量大多高于进口甘草,但甘草酸铵的含量有6批较进口的低。结论国内外甘草中甘草苷、甘草酸铵的含量存在较大差异,以内蒙古梁外野生品最佳。
Objective To collect the quality analysis of licorice from different regions domestic and abroad.Methods The content of ammonium glycyrrhizinate and glycyrrhizin in licorice was determined according to high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The chromatographic conditions were:Shim-pack GIST C18 column(4×250 mm,3μm);liquid phase:gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution;detection wavelength:237 nm;velocity:0.5 mL/min;column temperature:25℃.Results The content of glycyrrhizin in 7 batches of imported licorice was unqualified,but the content of ammonium glycyrrhizinate was higher;the content of glycyrrhizin in 7 batches of domestic licorice was mostly higher than that of imported licorice,but the content of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in 6 batches was lower than that of imported.Conclusion The contents of glycyrrhizin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in licorice domestic and abroad are quite different,and the wild products from Liangwai of Inner Mongolia are the best.
