摘要
目的:研究不同产区栽培甘草黄酮类成分含量差异及其与土壤因子的关系。方法:以内蒙古、甘肃、宁夏3个产区栽培的3年生甘草药材及根围土壤为材料,测定甘草中黄酮类成分含量,分析相应土壤理化特性及矿质元素等含量,通过通径和回归分析研究土壤因子对甘草黄酮类成分含量的影响。结果:总黄酮含量在甘肃较高、内蒙古和宁夏基本相当,异甘草素含量在甘肃较高、宁夏次之、内蒙古较低,甘草查尔酮和甘草素含量在不同产区差异较大。土壤因子对甘草黄酮类成分含量有显著影响,总黄酮的土壤决定因子为Cu和Ca,甘草查尔酮的土壤决定因子为Fe、速效磷和K,异甘草素的土壤决定因子为K、Ca、交换性K^(+)、过氧化氢酶活性和速效钾,甘草素的土壤决定因子为Mn、Ca和pH。结论:不同产区甘草药材黄酮类含量差异明显,黄酮类成分最主要的土壤决定因子为Ca和K。
Objective:To investigate the differences of the flavonoids contents of cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis in different producing areas and the correlation with soil factors.Methods:The three-year-old Glycyrrhiza uralensis cultivated in Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Ningxia and root-perimeter soil were used as materials to determine the contents of flavonoids,the corresponding soil physical and chemical characteristics and mineral elements contents were analyzed.The influence of soil factors on flavonoids contents of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was studied by path and regression analysis.Results:The content of total flavonoids was higher in Gansu,basically the same in Inner Mongolia and Ningxia.The content of isoliquiritigenin was higher in Gansu,followed by Ningxia and lower in Inner Mongolia.The contents of licochalcone and liquiritigenin were quite different in different cultivation areas.Soil factors had a significant effect on the contents of flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The soil determining factors of total flavonoids were Cu and Ca,that for licochalcone were Fe,available phosphorus and K,that for isoliquiritigenin were K,Ca,soil exchangeable K^(+),catalase activity and available potassium,that for liquiritigenin were Mn,Ca and pH.Conclusion:The contents of flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different producing areas are significantly different,the main soil determinants of flavonoids are Ca and K.
