黏土含量对再生骨料水泥土早期强度及抗渗性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of clay content on early strength and impermeability of recycled aggregate cement soil

摘要 为了研究再生骨料水泥土中黏土含量对其早期强度与抗渗性能变化的规律,采用黏土取代(Ø_(z)=10%、20%、30%)水泥,通过强度试验与渗透试验研究黏土取代率对再生骨料水泥土在水中养护3d、5d、7d的情况下早期强度和渗透性能的影响。结果表明:1)再生骨料水泥土的强度随养护时间延长而增加,其中3~5d强度增加最快,5~7d强度增加下缓,达到最终强度的85%左右;2)在5~7d且黏土含量在20%以内时,强度折减速率以及折减量不多,当黏土含量大于20%时,早期强度迅速下降且折减速率下降较快;3)对于抗渗强度,其黏土含量对于抗渗性能影响远大于其养护天数,且随黏土含量的增加抗渗性能逐渐降低。 In order to study the rule of clay content in recycled aggregate cement soil on its early strength and impermeability,clay was used to replace(Ø_(z)=10%、20%、30%)cement,and the effect of clay replacement rate on the early strength and impermeability of recycled aggregate cement soil was studied by strength test and permeability test under the condition of curing 3d,5d,7d in water.The results indicate that the strength of recycled aggregate cement soil increases with the curing time.1)The strength increases quickly in 3~5 days,and slows down in 5~7 days,reaching about 85%of the final strength;2)When the clay content is more than 20%,the early strength decreases rapidly and the reduction rate decreases quickly;3)For impermeability,the effect of clay content on impermeability is much greater than that of curing days,and the impermeability decreases with the increase of clay content.
