基于碳排放模型的装配式混凝土与现浇建筑碳排放比较分析与研究 被引量:66

摘要 从可持续发展的国家战略考虑,降低建筑碳排放是生态文明发展建设要求的重点战略方向。装配式建造方式是绿色环保、节能减排的建造方式,是建筑业升级转型的必然趋势。比较研究装配式混凝土与现浇建筑碳排放,量化节能减排数据具有重要科学意义。通过研究装配式建筑的生产工艺、运输手段和施工技术,测算装配式建筑在生产阶段、运输阶段和施工阶段的碳排放量,建立基于预制构件的碳排放计算模型,并运用该模型结合实际案例比较分析装配式建筑和现浇建筑物化阶段的碳排放总量。结果表明,针对18层典型钢筋混凝土剪力墙住宅建筑,在建筑物化阶段,装配式建筑相比现浇建筑单位面积可减少碳排放量7.67kg。这一研究结果为建筑行业节能减排提供了数据依据,为进一步促进装配式建筑发展提供了理论基础。 Considering the national strategy of sustainable development, reducing building carbon emissions is the key strategic direction required for the development and construction of ecological civilization. The prefabricated construction method is a green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and emission-reducing construction method, and is an inevitable trend for the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry. It is of great scientific significance to compare the carbon emission of prefabricated concrete and cast-in-place buildings, and to quantify the data of energy saving and emission reduction. By studying the production process, transportation means and construction technology of prefabricated building, the carbon emission of prefabricated buildings in the production phase,transportation phase and construction phase are measured, and a carbon emission calculation model based on prefabricated components is established, and using the model to compare and analyze the total carbon emission of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings in combination with actual cases. The results show that, for a typical 18-storey residential building, prefabricated buildings can reduce carbon emission by 7.67 kg per unit area compared with cast-in-place buildings in the physicochemical phase of construction. This research result provides data basis for energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry, and provides a theoretical basis for further promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.
