摘要
本文通过位于上海前滩板块的一栋大型商业建筑钢结构设计工程实例,对大型商业建筑超限情况进行分析。本项目单体体量大,结构超长,温度应力不可忽视,并且存在扭转不规则,凹凸不规则,楼板有效宽度过小等多项超限不规则项,这些给结构设计带来了很大挑战。针对结构的超限情况,对结构采用两个不同力学模型的三维空间结构模型进行计算对比,并进行了弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性推覆分析、楼板应力分析,同时针对细腰型结构、穿层结构等薄弱位置进行针对性加强。本文对超限项目分析和超限过程进行梳理,以期为今后同类项目提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the steel structure design engineering example of a large commercial building located in Shanghai Qiantan district, this paper analysis the out-of-gauge items of a large commercial building. The project is a large-volume,super-long structure, which temperature stress cannot be ignored. There are other out-of-gauge items such as irregular torsion, irregular facades, and too small effective width of floor slab, which bring great challenges to structural design. In view of the out-of-gauge items of the structure, 3 D structure models with two different mechanical models are calculated and compared, as well as the elastic time history analysis, static elastic-plastic pushover analysis and floor stress analysis are carried out. Also, the weak positions such as narrow waist structure and skip-floor structure are strengthened. This paper analysis the items and process of out-of-gauge project, in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
