摘要 办公塔楼建筑高度245.6m,经过多个结构方案论证,结合建筑特点,采用了钢管混凝土柱+钢梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒的组合结构体系,并设置一个环带桁架加强层。分析了核心筒收进和加强层对结构受力性能的影响并采取改进措施,采用多种计算软件对结构进行抗震性能分析、施工模拟分析、外框柱稳定分析和大偏心梁柱节点分析。结果表明,主体结构能到达预定的抗震性能目标,结构安全可靠;不同施工方式影响竖向构件变形差和水平构件的内力,施工图设计时应考虑框架梁跨中附加弯矩对构件承载力的影响和近墙端附加剪力对预埋件的影响;穿层柱的Euler临界承载力远大于大震下的轴力设计值,穿层柱在大震下的稳定承载力有较多富余;对长矩形钢管混凝土柱大偏心梁柱节点在钢梁端部增设水平加腋翼缘和斜向腹板可有效改善节点偏心受力。 The building height of office tower is 245.6m,and a combined structural system of concrete filled steel tubular columns+steel beams+reinforced concrete core tube with a ring-belt truss reinforced layer is adopted after a number of structural scheme demonstrations and combined architectural features.The influence of core tube setback and reinforcing layer on the mechanical performance of structure is analyzed and the improvement measures are taken.The analysis of seismic performance,construction simulation,stability of the outer frame columns and large eccentric beam-column joint are carried out by using various calculation programs.The results show that the main structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance target,and the structure is safe and reliable.Different construction methods affect the deformation difference of vertical members and the internal force of horizontal members,and the influence of the additional mid-span bending moment on the bearing capacity of the frame beam and the influence of the additional shear force near the wall on the embedded parts should be considered in the design of construction drawings.The Euler critical bearing capacity of through-layer column is much larger than the design value of axial force under large earthquake,and the stable bearing capacity of through-layer column under large earthquake is relatively high.Adding horizontal haunched flange and diagonal web at the end of steel beam can effectively improve the force of long rectangular concrete filled steel tubular column with large eccentric beam-column joint.
