摘要
装配式建筑作为一种新型建造方式,对指导建筑业转型升级具有重要意义。为系统量化装配式建筑环境影响,基于生命周期评价方法,构建了高原地区装配式建筑生命周期环境评价模型,并以青海省海东市某装配式混凝土结构建筑为例,对其物化阶段即使用前的环境影响进行了分析。结果表明:固体废弃物、化石能源消耗、矿石及淡水资源消耗为环境影响的关键因素;原料获取过程产生的环境影响占据了物化阶段总环境影响的主导地位。该研究结果为制定装配式建筑节能减排措施提供了依据。
As a new construction method,prefabricated building is of great significance to guide the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In order to systematize the environmental impact of prefabricated buildings,based on the life cycle assessment method,the life cycle environmental assessment model of prefabricated buildings in plateau area is constructed.Taking a prefabricated concrete structure building in Haidong City of Qinghai Province as an example,the environmental impact of its physical and chemical stage,that is,before use,is analyzed.The results show that solid waste,fossil energy consumption,ore and fresh water resource consumption are the key factors of environmental impact;the environmental impact of raw material acquisition process occupies a dominant position in the total environmental impact of physical and chemical stage.The research results provide a basis for the development of energy-saving and emission reduction measures for prefabricated buildings.
