大底盘双塔连体超限高层结构设计

摘要 以石家庄市某大底盘偏心双塔连体超限高层建筑为工程背景,针对结构扭转不规则、偏心布置、楼板大开洞、尺寸突变等诸多超限不规则项,运用多种有限元软件对比分析,对该结构进行抗震性能化设计。采用SATWE、ETABS分别建立计算模型,并对该结构弹性阶段各参数进行对比,确保计算模型准确性;采用等效弹性分析方法研究了该结构在中震及大震两种工况下的性能目标,表明了在两种工况下关键构件均未屈服;选取四条地震加速度时程曲线对结构进行弹塑性分析,说明了结构在大震工况下的塑性损伤分布状况。结果表明:在大震作用下塑性铰集中于连梁,连梁构件损伤较为严重,结构关键构件呈现轻微损坏。表明了建筑设计思路合理,结构安全可靠,在地震作用下可以达到预期的性能目标。 This article takes a large chassis eccentric twin-tower conjoined over-limit high-rise building in Shijiazhuang City as the engineering background.For many over-limit irregular items such as structural torsion irregularity,eccentric layout,large openings in the floor,and sudden changes in size,this article uses a variety of finite elements software to carry out comparative analysis,and the seismic performance design of the structure was carried out.SATWE and ETABS were used to establish calculation models respectively,and the parameters in the elastic stage of the structure were compared to ensure the accuracy of the calculation models;the equivalent elastic analysis method was used to study the performance objectives of the structure under two conditions of moderate earthquakes and large earthquakes,indicating that none of the key components yielded under the two conditions;four seismic acceleration time-history curves were selected to carry out elastoplastic analysis of the structure,and the plastic damage distribution of the structure under large earthquake conditions was illustrated.The results show that the plastic hinges are concentrated in the coupling beam under the action of the big earthquake,the damage of the coupling beam members is serious,and the key structural members are slightly damaged.It shows that the architectural design idea is reasonable,the structure is safe and reliable,and the expected performance target can be achieved under the action of earthquake.
