摘要
九州通健康城电商总部大楼地上建筑高196.6m,采用混凝土外框柱(部分楼层设置钢管叠合柱)、钢筋混凝土核心筒以及混凝土梁、楼板组成的框架-核心筒结构抗侧力体系。该工程属于高度超过A级高度的超限高层建筑结构,无其他超限项及不规则项。按照设计的性能目标,结合SATWE程序以及有限元软件MIDAS Building对结构进行结构静力弹性分析、弹性时程分析、等效弹性结构性能化设计、弹塑性时程分析以及对叠合柱进行结构专项分析,结合分析结果对关键部位以及薄弱部位采取针对性的加强措施。通过计算分析,在小震、中震、大震作用下,结构抗震性能均满足要求。
The ground building of e-commerce headquarters building in Jiuzhoutong Health City is 196.6 m high.The lateral force resistance system of frame core tube structure composed of concrete outer frame column(steel tube composite column is set on some floors),reinforced concrete core tube,concrete beam and floor slab is adopted.The project belongs to the over-limit high-rise building structure with a height of more than A grade,without other over-limit items and irregular items.According to the performance objectives of the design,combined with SATWE program and finite element software MIDAS Building,the structural static elastic analysis,elastic time history analysis,equivalent elastic structure performance design,elastic-plastic time history analysis and structural special analysis of composite columns are carried out.Combined with the analysis results,targeted strengthening measures are taken for key parts and weak parts.Through calculation and analysis,under the action of small earthquake,medium earthquake and large earthquake,the seismic performance of the structure meets the requirements.
