摘要
ETFE气枕广泛用于房屋建筑的屋面结构和围护结构。ETFE气枕为柔性结构,通过内充气压获得结构刚度,荷载作用下的变形会引起内充气压的变化,从而使外围薄膜应力和刚度改变,进而影响气枕的变形行为,表现出典型的内充气体与外围薄膜耦合作用的特点。采用商用有限元软件ADINA对风吸力作用下的ETFE气枕进行静力有限元分析。通过将内充气体分别在恒质量和恒压情况下的分析结果进行对比,研究气-膜耦合作用的影响及其随荷载、初始内压、矢跨比和气枕尺寸的变化规律。研究成果有助于准确认识气-膜耦合作用特点以及ETFE气枕的力学行为,确保ETFE气枕设计计算的合理性和可靠性。
Inflated ETFE cushion is widely used in roof structure and envelope structure of housing construction.It provides structural stiffness by internal air pressure.The deformation under load will cause the change of internal air pressure,so as to change the stress of the outer film,thus affecting the deformation behavior of the air cushions,showing the characteristics of typical interaction between internal gas and outer film.This article intends to use commercial finite element software ADINA to carry out static finite element analysis on ETFE air cushions under uniformly distributed load,and compare the analysis results of inner filled gas under constant mass and constant pressure respectively.The influence of air-membrane interaction and its variation with load,initial internal pressure,vector span ratio and aircushions size were studied.The research findings is helpful to accurately understand the mechanical behavior of ETFE air-membrane interaction and ensure the rationality and accuracy of ETFE air cushions design calculation.
