摘要
糯米灰浆的早期强度以及收缩、冻融等性能制约了其在古建筑修复中的应用。利用灰浆性能表征和扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等技术手段探讨了熟桐油对糯米灰浆的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:熟桐油的包裹作用,加速了糯米灰浆中熟石灰的碳化,增强了方解石晶体的峰值强度,提高了糯米灰浆的早期强度和冻融性能,但其7d收缩率提高了295%;硅灰与熟石灰生成了水硬性的硅酸钙,使桐油-糯米灰浆的力学性能、收缩性能得到了较大改善,早期抗压强度、抗折强度分别提高了23%、15%,7d收缩率下降了71%。
Application of Sticky Rice-Lime Mortar(SRLM) in restoration of the heritage buildings was restricted by its properties of early strength, shrinkage and freeze-thaw resistance. The effects of cooked tung oil on traditional sticky rice-lime mortar and its scientific mechanisms were discussed by means of performance characterization, Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD). The results showed that the package action of cooked tong oil accelerated the carbonation process of calcium hydroxide in sticky rice-lime mortar, enhanced greatly the peak strength of calcite crystals, and improved the properties of early strength and freeze-thaw resistance of sticky rice-lime mortar, but its 7d shrinkage rate was increased by 295%. Hydraulic calcium silicate was formed with silica fume and calcium hydroxide, which greatly improved the mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of cooked tung oil-sticky rice lime mortar. The early compressive strength and flexural strength were enhanced by 23%, 15% respectively, and the 7d shrinkage rate was decreased 71%.
