摘要
                
                    针对上海某地下室出现的结构开裂、渗水及流沙现象,结合设计施工资料对上浮原因进行了分析,分析结果表明,上浮的主要原因是后浇带封闭过早、抗拔桩失效和防水板刚度偏弱。根据本工程特点,制定了锚杆静压钢管桩补强的加固方案。另外,采用注浆和增加叠合板的措施,对原结构和土体进行了修复,实施效果良好,为今后类似项目提供了借鉴参考。
                
                Due to floating, structure cracking, leakage and soil erosion occurred in a basement of Shanghai. This article gives the main reasons of the floating by analysis of the design and construction files, such as post-pouring belt closed untimely, failure of the uplift piles and weakness of the baseplate. According to the feature of this project, we made a repair plan using anchor jacked piles. Besides, by the the other measures of grouting and thickening the baseplate, the original structure and the soil under the basement were fiexed. The successful application supplies some reference to similar projects in future.
