摘要
多年来,学术界围绕《价格法》涉及的理论问题及其实施过程中存在的现实问题有过诸多讨论与研究,并取得了丰硕的研究成果。本文运用定量研究和定性研究相结合的方法,并结合文献计量学的相关理论,对1998-2018年间中国知网(CNKI)收录的"核心期刊"和CSSCI来源期刊(含扩展板)发表的434篇有关《价格法》研究的学术论文进行统计分析,从年度发文分布、研究层次、发文期刊、学科分布、高频主题、发文机构、高被引论文和核心作者群等多个视角进行研究,分析过去二十多年来学术界在《价格法》领域的研究状况,并对现有研究进行评析,指出研究存在的问题,提出了未来研究的方向和对策。
For many years, the academic circles focusing on the theoretical problems involved in the price law and the reality in the implementation process,there have been many discussions and researches on this issue, and fruitful research results have been obtained.Combining quantitative research with qualitative research,based on the relevant theories of bibliometrics, the author analyzes the core journals collected by CNKI from 1998 to 2018,and 434 academic papers on the research of "price law" published in journals "and CSSCI source journals(including extension board) are statistically dividedand analyzed from the aspects of annual distribution of publication, research level, publication journal, subject distribution, high-frequency topics, publication agencies, high citation papers and authors of the core journals etc.This paper analyzes the research status in the field of price law in the past 20 years and the existing research, pointing out the existing problems, putting forward the future research direction and countermeasures.
