摘要
自"民航强国"战略实施以来,我国航空公司运营效率不断提高。对中外航空公司运营效率进行评价,以提高我国航空公司国际竞争力。本文选取16家中外航空公司为研究对象,基础DEA模型和Malmquist指数法对其运营效率进行比较研究。结果表明:在DEA模型的分析中,国内航空公司无论是综合技术效率还是纯技术效率总体表现较好;在Malmquist指数的分析中,南方航空排名靠前,全要素生产率平均增长6.2%。最后,本文提出提升我国航空公司运营效率的相关政策建议。
Since the implementation of the "Civil Aviation Power" strategy, China’s airlines’ operating efficiency has been continuously improved. In order to evaluate the operating efficiency of Chinese and foreign airlines to improve the international competitiveness of China’s airlines, this article selects 16 Chinese and foreign airlines as the research object, and compares its operational efficiency with the basic DEA model and Malmquist index method. The results show that: in the analysis of the DEA model, domestic airlines have performed better overall performance, whether in terms of overall technical efficiency or pure technical efficiency. In the analysis of the Malmquist index, China Southern Airlines ranked top with an average increase of 6.2% in total factor productivity.Finally, this article puts forward suggestions to improve the operating efficiency of China’s airlines.
