摘要
发展入境医疗旅游有利于贯彻落实海南自贸港建设总体要求,其健康稳健的发展对于我国推动高水平对外开放、实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义。由于受到国家和海南省政府的高度重视和大力支持,海南入境医疗旅游发展取得重要进展,产业政策体系不断优化,产业空间布局持续深化,基础设施设备逐渐完善,医疗技术服务水平日益提高。通过对发展入境医疗旅游面临的风险进行梳理,分析其风险形成机理,识别其风险类型。据此,应采取加强公共医疗卫生体系建设、建立健全行业监管制度、做好国家卫生防疫工作等防范对策,从而推动海南入境医疗旅游健康有序发展。
Developing inbound medical tourism is conducive to implementing the overall requirements of Hainan Free Trade Port construction.Its healthy and stable development is of great significance for China to promote high-level opening-up and achieve high-quality economic development.Due to the high attention and strong support from the national and Hainan provincial governments,significant progress has been made in the development of inbound medical tourism in Hainan.The industrial policy system has been continuously optimized,the industrial spatial layout has continued to deepen,infrastructure and equipment have gradually improved,and the level of medical technology services is increasingly improving.By sorting out the risks faced by the development of inbound medical tourism,analyzing its risk formation mechanism,and identifying its risk types.Based on this,preventive measures such as strengthening the construction of the public medical and health system,establishing and improving industry regulatory systems,and doing a good job in national health and epidemic prevention should be taken to promote the healthy and orderly development of inbound medical tourism in Hainan.
