摘要
传统的社会管理方式存在系统性、整体性、协同性不足等突出问题。网格化管理是一种新型社会科学化管理模式,也是贯彻党中央稳疆治疆战略的重大部署之一。为充分发挥网格化管理在新疆治理体系和治理能力现代化和稳疆治疆中的职能作用,必须建立健全网格化管理体系,提高网格化管理水平。
The traditional way of social management has some prominent problems such as the lack in systematization,integrity and cooperativity.Grid management is a new social scientific management mode,and it is also one of the important arrangements to implement the strategy of stabilizing and governing Xinjiang by the CPC Central Committee.In order to give full play to the function of grid management in the modernization of Xinjiang’s governance systems and capacities and in stabilizing and governing Xinjiang,it is necessary to establish and perfect the grid management system and improve the grid management level.
