摘要
湖南宁乡花草坪遗址分别于2001年和2014年度进行了发掘,获得一批新石器时代晚期的遗存。遗存主体属于"堆子岭文化",年代相当于大溪文化三、四期或略晚。这批遗存的发掘和整理为研究湘江流域新石器时代晚期考古学文化面貌提供了重要的材料。
Two excavations were conducted at the Huacaoping site in Ningxiang City of Hunan Province in 2001 and 2014,respectively,which revealed remains of the Late Neolithic.The remains are largely dated to the Duiziling culture period,contemporaneous to or slightly later than PhasesⅢandⅣof the Daxi culture.The findings at Huacaoping are important new materials for understanding the cultures in the Late Neolithic Xiangjiang River valley.
