摘要
以大数据、人工智能、区块链、云计算等新兴前沿技术为代表的金融科技,推动着金融业的快速发展变革,同时也对我国高校金融人才培养提出了全新的要求。从课程体系建设、师资队伍、校企合作等三个视角切入,剖析了当下应用型本科高校金融科技人才培养面临的挑战,提出从学生思维培养入手,完善金融科技课程体系建设,推动教师知识更新,进一步强化校企深度融合共建培训模块的应用型本科高校金融人才培养模式。
Fintech,represented by big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing and other emerging cutting-edge technologies,has promoted the rapid development and reform of the financial industry,and also put forward new requirements for the training of financial talents in Chinese universities.From the perspective of curriculum system construction,teaching staff,and school-enterprise cooperation,the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the current financial science and technology talent training in application-oriented undergraduate universities,and proposes to start with the cultivation of students' thinking,improve the construction of financial science and technology curriculum system,promote the update of teachers' knowledge,and further strengthen the financial talent training model of application-oriented undergraduate universities that integrates schools and enterprises to build training modules.
