摘要
在新的发展时期,高校人事档案管理工作中依旧存在许多问题,部分高校不能及时对管理人员进行工作的培训,使得在实际工作过程中不具备先进技术与设备操作的手段与能力,也就不能对档案资料进行积极有效地开发与利用。此外,在档案管理过程中,档案资料的真实性与完整性也是其中极为重要的问题。因此,高校人事档案管理工作对工作人员的创新意识与专业性也就有了更高的要求。
In the new period of development,there are still many problems in the management of personnel files in colleges and universities.Some colleges and universities cannot train the management personnel in time,so that they do not obtain the means and ability of advanced technology and equipment operation in the actual work,which results in the effectiveness of developing and utilizing the files.In addition,in the process of management,the authenticity and integrity of the files are also extremely important.Therefore,the management of personnel files in colleges and universities has higher requirements for the innovative consciousness and professional levels of the staff.
