摘要
提出利用“CDIO”工程教育理念结合专业实际科学构建新型“校企联动、双元培养”教学体系,从而探索立体化培养创新型材料学科应用型人才的途径。创新校企联培模式,从优化专业培养方案、创新人才培养理念、综合人才培养机制、拓展人才培养领域四个方面入手,在突出专业特色、校企合作特点的同时,挖掘出校企合作优势与学生实践学习潜能,以提升学生的综合实践应用能力与创新能力。
The idea of combination the“CDIO”engineering education concept(which is an abbreviation of conception,design,implementation,and operation)with professional practice to construct a new teaching system of“school-enterprise interaction and dual cultivation”was proposed.Further,the three-dimensional way of cultivating innovative application-oriented talents in material disciplines was explored.The innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation was realized from four aspects:optimizing the professional training program,establishing the innovative school-enterprise cooperative talent training concept,constructing the comprehensive school-enterprise cooperative talent training mechanism and expanding the field of school-enterprise cooperative talent training.While highlighting the specialty characteristics and school-enterprise cooperation characteristics,the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation and students’practical learning potential are excavated.It is helpful to improve students’comprehensive practical application ability and innovative ability.
